Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery (engraved, made-to-order, or bespoke pieces)
  • Earrings and any jewellery that has been worn, for hygiene reasons
  • Clothing or accessories that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorisation

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Return To initiate a return, please email us at info@pearlcollection.store with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
